****All UPS Orders (2nd day and overnight) ship on business days only (Mon-Fri) Before 5 pm. If placed after 5 will be shipped next business day.
 
****UPS Does NOT ship on weekends or Holidays so plan accordingly for Friday orders.

How long does it take to get my on-line order?
 
Depending on your choice of shipping methods, we try to get your order to you within 7 -14 days of ordering.
 
What if I put the wrong address on the shipping address?
 
You will be charged for shipping again if your package comes back to us because of a wrong shipping address.

Return Policy:

Can I receive a refund for something I purchased if I have the original sales receipt?

Yes. Any item may be returned with the receipt for a full refund or exchange at any time within 30 days of purchase providing the merchandise is in ready-to-sell condition.

What if I do not have a receipt?

Items returned without a receipt will be exchanged at current prices, or an in store credit (Due Bill) may be issued at the season’s lowest price. Refunds can be given without a receipt if the manager can establish when the item was purchased, and at what price. Again, it is our policy to satisfy our customers in every way possible. To ensure this happens, Dawahares reminds customers to please keep their receipts.

Price Adjustments:

What should I do if something I purchased goes on sale after I bought it?

If a customer purchases an item, and then it goes to a lower price within 7 days, we will make a price adjustment for the difference in price. The customer must present the receipt for the item within 7 days for the price adjustment.  We do reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange, or to do a Mail Check refund for valid reasons.
 
 
Credit Cards:

Do you accept all major credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also use your Dawahares charge card.   These cards are accepted in our stores or on our on-line secure store.
 
 
Check Acceptance:

What is your policy for personal checks?

We will accept your personal check made payable to Dawahares for the amount of your purchase. At the time of your checkout, the following information will be requested from you:

Valid driver’s license or state-licensed I.D.
Home and work telephone number
Date of Birth
The maximum service charge allowed by law will be applied to all returned checks.

We do not accept checks for website orders at this time.
 
 
Lay-Away:

If I buy something and want to pay for it at a later date, can I put it on lay-away?

Certainly. We offer a convenient program that is designed to meet our customer’s needs.

  • $100 minimum purchase
  • No clearance merchandise
  • 30 day limit
  • 20% down payment
  • $5 non-refundable fee
Website orders cannot be put on lay-away at this time.
 
 
Gift Certificates:

How can I buy Dawahares gift certificates?

You can buy gift certificates at any store or on our website.

  • Gift certificates may be used to purchase any merchandise at any store
  • Unused portion over $5 will be reissued as an instore credit (Due Bill)
  • Unused portion under $5 will be refunded in cash
  • We remind you, gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.

Printed Dawahares gift certificates cannot be used on our website store at this time.
